We had Parent Teacher Interviews today.... Both Jade and Blake's teachers are extremely happy with their progress...
Jade's teacher noted that Jade was way more focussed now and she's settling well in class... she still gets in trouble for chatting now and then but she's a friendly kid who's always around to help other kids when they need etc.....
Blake's teacher pointed out that he's way ahead of where he's needing to be in all areas in class... he's a happy kid who's very easy going.... he happily plays with both boys and girls... although, he's a bit touchy with the girls.... she said she has to keep telling him to put his hands back in his lap...
No dramas with either kid......
They're moving classes around and some of the kids are being shuffled - but both Jade and Blake are staying put in their classes... Blake's class is becoming a Prep/Yr 1 class.... so he'll probably end up doing some year 1 work... depending on the level of the year one kids that are going to be going into their class...
Jade's staying in her class... 5 kids are moving out and they're getting 3 new kids... but Jade's class is staying a purely year 3 class... both kids are extremely happy to keep their teachers... though - Blake being Blake - he was offering to change classes.... so he was a bit confused at first - he thought that maybe he was moving....
After parent teacher interviews - we took the kids to Yogurtland
After Yogurtland - we went to BigW to get Onesies for the kids so that they're warmer when camping this weekend.... both kids are stoked to have PJ onesies... their other onesies are still just for dressups.... :)
