She's gotta be running out of baby teeth......

Tuesday 10th February

Jade lost a massive molar this morning and lost one over the school holidays that she'd forgotten to leave for the tooth fairy....so she made a card for the tooth fairy to explain... (she's figured out that is not real but I think she's worried that she won't get money if she doesn't play along!)

Sunday 8th February....

Gran turned 92... hospital isn't where you want to be on your birthday... though, honestly... Hospital is just not a place you want to be at any time of the year.......  But, we were all there to help make it special :)

While we were all in there having cake, Gran's physiotherapist came through to do her exercises and nearly gave her the day off because it was her birthday - but we didn't let that slide... so we all headed down to the Fairy Garden at the hospital while Gran went off .....

The kids had fun trying to find all of the numbers/letters hidden in the garden....

Winners are grinners!

Saturday 7th February

We headed to the Sugarland Tavern for dinner... Uncle David & Aunty Rosemary were up for the weekend for Gran's birthday - so we all headed out to dinner....

The kids wanted to play the claw game...    It's safe to say that Jade came out the winner.... but Blake was happy with his super bounce ball.....

Friday 6th February

As soon as school was out on Friday I loaded the kids into the car and we headed down to Bundy to visit Gran....

I organised to get pics of all of Gran's Great Grandkids so that I could decorate her hospital wall with pics to brag to the nurses and pretty much anyone who will pay attention about how gorgeous all of her great grand kids are.... :)

Sunday 1st February

Up early and getting into the creek again... the plan was to clear some more of the creek... and we managed to convince the kids to come down with us and help chop things down..... 

Apparently you give them a hand saw and nothing is safe..... except that it's still hard work - so - the novelty did wear off.....

We attempted these Bacon & Egg Rolls for breakfast.... and although they tasted ok, the bottoms of the rolls were like cookies.....we'll get this mastered at some point.....  though, I'm happy with having muesli for breakfast while out bush....

Drew took a couple of the logs from up at the camp site down the hill - and we're planning on building a bridge there eventually... but we need to take wood down to the property to cut and connect it all... but, we'll get there....

Jade was enjoying balance-walking over the log....

Then it was time to head back up for a drink break......   I think I have the kids completely addicted to ginger beer....

this will work well, once we've got the other timber down there....

Pete & Ross came to the property for the day to have a ride.....

Someone was a little hot and wanted to have a swim....

Blake was happy enough to jump in and join Drew....

Rob even came down to check out the water......

They ended up bottling the water - it was flowing down clear from up the creek, you couldn't even tell that it wasn't bottled water to begin with....

Everyone got in!
