Saturday 18th December (afternoon)
Declan is 1.... well he is now, but, his first birthday was on 23rd December, his party was early as Jaime & Damian were heading back to Gympie for Xmas......
It's been a very quick year.... but it's definitely been a year, and here's the proof.....
Declan the Birthday Boy....
Opening his presents....

I made the right choice in birthday cards obviously, om nom nom.....
the baby tool bench was a hit too..... buttons, flashing and sounds... everything required to keep a 1yr old happy :)
GG's card didn't even get a look in, the envelope looked tasty enough! :)

the presents were being ignored for the tasty paper....
The boys got bored fairly quickly and went to watch Xander play DS....

The Cake....
The top cupcake (oversized cupcake) was for Declan to do a "Cake-Smash" with..... (hence the plastic floor sheeting)
still not too sure what he's supposed to be doing... "I'll just look at it for a bit"

Talon got upset because Declan had cake and he didn't.... we think he figured he wasn't getting cake... not that he'd just have to wait a bit...
"Maybe I can get into it by throwing it down"
"ahhh, knife.... why didn't I think of that???"
"Oh yeah! that's the trick!!!"
"Feet.... are you hungry too????"

Xander & Declan got a trampoline for Xmas....
Looked like Jade was eyeing off Blaze's lollipop... but she got one of her own somehow....
