Monday afternoon we headed out to one of the many local parks to meet up with Bec and Emily to have a play....

helping Emily open her present....
Maraccas... and jingly instrument... (I was nice enough to not get the clackers... these ones have a reasonably soft sound to them...)

and Blake kept watching the other kids play.....
