Sunday 5th December
Another exciting day of being stuck indoors, at this point I'm really going nuts and am so over the rain....
Rob was still stuck in Emerald.... and had to be back in town to be back at work on the Tuesday, at this point he still couldn't get out of Emerald on any exit - so planning a round-Australia trip to get home wasn't even an option..... flooding can be so much fun! (oh, and Emerald KFC *and* Maccas had run out of chips... apparently that was worth a gasp for Rob....)
Meanwhile, at home, it was lunchtime, and Blake had just got into the "gotta have *bedgie-mite* on everything" stage :)
Jade went through it too.... including her songs being transformed into real-aussie versions....
"one, two , three four five... once I caught a fish alive.... Six, seven, eight nine ten, then I let him go again.... Why did you let him go? because he bit my finger so.... which finger did he bite? this finger wit de bedgie-mite!"
We could not convince Jade that she had the lyrics wrong, and it was so cute.......
But, back to modern day....
Salada & Vegemite... how Aussie can we get?
Already getting a bit mucky....
and by 5, you can eat it without getting it everywhere!
Not so much when you're 2!
