Friday 3rd December.....
Jade & Blake got dressed up in their Christmas shirts for the daycare Christmas party.... Jade was very excited to get a Scooby Doo Shirt this year (although last year's "Dear Santa - I can explain" shirt still fits, this shirt was very fitting with the current Scooby Doo obsession....) - and Blake was extra excited to get himself a Mickey Mouse Christmas Shirt....
I also was very slack and hadn't taken a pic of the kids with their Advent Calendars... (Gran gave them to them again this year....)
Blake is always happy to eat chocolate....
As it was their Christmas Party - I put Tinsel in Jade's hair....
Naturally Blake wanted some too....
Gran also gave them some of her old Santa hats (I believe from the days of them owning the shop) - Jade took hers off and put it in her bag when we got to school because she realised that they couldn't see her Tinsel with it on..... clever little monkey!
Blake wore his all day.....
Melissa looked after the kids at the christmas party and brought them home and got them to bed for us, because Rob was stuck in Alpha (with all the flooding) - and I was at my work Christmas party... (luckily, as Melissa pointed out.... Accountants are great to babysit for - because they get home early.... I was home by 9:30.... Jade was still awake playing on her DS in her room - but she had an absolute ball....)
