Sunday 12th December
Luckily the rain in Gladstone isn't always cold.... so when you get the torrential rain that we've had over the last 3 months and counting, the only adverse effect is the fact that your swimming pools cool down with the renewal of water stores all the time.... (oh, and the continual flooding of your house - but that's a story for another post I'm sure!)
On this Sunday, the kids were going stir crazy being locked indoors.... Blake had been a little crabby and was a little hot (temp wise).... so a trip to Gran and Pa's is always a good solution.... we got there, it was raining, and the kids wanted to go outside... so we let them, Jade took an umbrella - but Blake was just running around.... we had spare clothes ready to go for when they came in.... as I said - it was a warm day - so they weren't getting cold.....
