Saturday 26th March
So I tried to find the kids some Easter Buckets/Baskets... and NOTHING that any of the stores had was any good.... they were all plush type baskets that may have held 3-4 eggs... and hunting eggs at that....
So.... Vinyl cutter! Tadaaaah!
This poor Easter Bunny was a casualty of bad planning and he got crushed in the cupboard.... so... I just had to eat him ;) (and yup... I paid for that on fat-check day!)
Sunday 27th March (2:30am)
The Easter Bunny helped hide the eggs
(for once... lazy bugger has made us do it every year up to now!)
Baskets and gift bags set up and ready for the kids to wake....
I didn't follow the kids around this year and take a million pics of them finding eggs.... it all happens too quickly these days... even though they're not being hidden in the most obvious places as per previous years....
Blake got straight into his chocolate.....
Jade got into her Bunchems.... and over the next few weeks - she managed to eat two tiny solid white eggs - and that was all... the rest of her eggs managed to disappear from the fridge with the help of several people.... if it wasn't for the hunting, I wouldn't bother getting her eggs....
He's still going....
