Sunday 24th January
We headed off to our first trials comp for the year... Blake was so excited because this was the first time he was riding the "big" sections..... we had to check out the sections before we got going to make sure his mini-wheels could make it around the sections.....
First Lap Done!
After our first lap, we stopped for a quick drink and a quick snack before tackling lap #2
The clouds were coming over, we weren't sure if we were going to cop a shower... but we weren't thinking that would be a bad thing given how hot it was!
Everyone was hot!
Lunchtime!
We made it to lunch.... 5 laps down... 5 to go!
Blake was really happy that they put on a sausage sizzle....
I had salad!
He was a little bit on the pooped side......
We went to start our second lot of five sections after lunch, and Blake's bike was dead..... the joys of an electric bike!
And we're on our way home!!!
