We had Xander and Declan for the night last night as Damian & Jaime had a work dinner..... so we said we'd have the kids.... we haven't had Xander stay over for over a year now, and Declan has never stayed... so you can probably imagine I was nervous.... but not now... the kids were great.... Declan woke at 10pm and 3am as predicted... and Xander happily went to sleep with Jade at 8:20....
Declan started the day at 5am, Blake was up by 5:15 and Jade & Xander emerged around 5:45am....
I took the camera out and Declan went straight into poser mode
You think someone might be used to a camera???
He's got it sorted....
Blake's got his poser face too!
Jade & Xander returned to Jade's room to play DS and iPad....
We set up the port-a-cot in our room for Declan.....
Declan was asleep again by 8am...
Blake had a temp last night of 39 - which for him is pretty high given his normal temp is 35..... he's also been coughing up a storm.... and with whooping cough going around - of course I'm probably seeing more into this than I would normally be....
He's still cute, even with a roaring temp...
Jade & Xander had been watching "Mister Maker" so of course, pens, pencils, paper and scissors had to be pulled out.....
Blake got in on the action....
Jaime & Damian rocked up just after 9am so that they could get Xander down to his soccer match....Declan had woken by then and Jade & I headed off to watch soccer... so that Jade could watch a match to see if she was interested in playing.... but apparently that was a no......
