Monday 4th April......
Jade finally was able to have her sports carnival today.... which meant I needed to do her hair again..... I did it a little differently this time - and I even kept track of how long it took me.... 54mins....!!!!
Last time I'd done it the ribbon disappeared into the plait at the end... so this time I avoided the plait..... and I was happy with the end result..... but wow it's hard work.... and in all honesty, Jade was such a trooper.... she sat quietly for the entire time and didn't whinge at all....
With sports day - they're only allowed to do their hair - no coloured spray - and they have to wear their school shorts....... Am just glad Jade's not in the blue house.... so many of those kids just went to school in plain uniform... poor things.....

(I'd spoken to Cat on Sunday and said that I had a red cape that Talon could wear because Blaze & Bailey were in Manooka which is the red house.... then realised that Blake wouldn't be very happy about someone else wearing his cape........ So, I made a yellow cape for Blake to support Jade in Coolac...... then he was happy!!!)

We had a great day watching the sports.... Blake loved being a little yellow superhero.... (so much so that it took a bit of convincing to get it off him to bath him tonight)
