Saturday 21st May
Dad and Frank headed out to Scrubby Creek to finalise the setting of the sections for the trial.... Dad said to bring Blake out so that he could take him for a ride... (well, more specifically he said to bring both kids out - but Jade wanted to stay at home with Rob....)
Blake jumped at the chance to go out to see the bikes and go riding.... (he also loves the bush....)
This is the first time Blake's worn gloves on the bike, he was very excited about them.....
How cute does he look all dressed up?
Blake accidentally tipped Dad's toolbox out of the van and all over the ground.....
Dad was heading back to the last section - so Blake decided to go with him (and he refused to take his helmet off..... so walked all the way through the bush with it on... it had to get heavy... but he didn't want to take it off...)

Blake discovered the bag with all the markers and pegs.....

a quick drink before getting onto the bike with Grandpa....
and off they go....
Blake happily stands up while riding....
A finch got itself into the Vito... when Frank saw it - he initially screamed like a little girl... (sorry, that was worth putting in here......) When he first went to the van he noticed it - but didn't know what it was at first - so it was a shock scream.... he ended up getting the bird out of the car by letting it hop on his finger and then once it was clear of the van it flew off....
