An afternoon with Gran and Grandpa.....

Mom and Dad picked the kids up from daycare today so that they could spend a bit of time with them, and so that I could get our house cleaned up....

The kids love going to the duck ponds.....

After they left the duck ponds, they headed home intent on spending the afternoon playing with binoculars... instead - Jade spent the afternoon riding her Oset.... it's been nearly two years since she last was really interested in riding... so it was great to see her all enthused about riding again....

(I think she may have heard the comments flying around about the fact that Blake would ride a motorbike before she would - so maybe she's decided to prove everyone wrong!)

Blake has taken an interest in Jade's scooter....

Mom said that she let down the handles so that he could reach it and he was playing on it for a bit in the afternoon.... I guess he'll take that one over now that Jade's getting a bit big for it.....
