Jade's team had come from last place at the start of the season... to fighting it out over third place.....
Full time.... 1-1
10 mins each way extra time... and they're still tied.......
So now... Penalty Shoot-out Time!
They all had their shots - and it was still tied...... then it was the sudden death shootout.... at this point, they lost... but they fought hard.... such an awesome group of girls... Jade was their youngest by more than a year, they welcomed her and looked after her... this was our first year at soccer where I hadn't had to drag her to trainings (and she was training twice as much and for nearly twice as long each session....)
