Friday 16th September
Off to the property for the weekend to kick off the first week of the kids school holidays.... Rob was still in the USA, so the kids and I headed down there and met up with Mom and Dad (who took them back to Bundy for the following week).

It was a crazy busy night - and then Jade fell asleep in her camp chair.....
(they really are THAT comfy!)
Saturday 17th September
Time to do some clearing.....
And of course, Mom attacks herself to try to get out of the heavy lifting! ;)

While Blake was busy playing with Honey, Dad was busy filling his jeans with twig bits..... he didn't even notice....
Ride Time!
Riding with Grandpa is fun... Follow-the Leader is even better when they can make him make a mistake!

Blake came a gutster off his bike.... and ended up giving himself a decent scratch..... (and later, a bruise)
It is a little bit sad and grumpy!

They look better with a flash.... but then you lose the glow..... Can't win!

Sunday 18th September
New area that was all cleared.... we got to a point at the top where we stopped as we found the Bush Turkey Nest - and it was looking fairly active... so we decided to leave it be for now.....
The kids loved playing on the logs up the hill....
Honey came up to see what all the fuss was about...
And then it was time to let the kids head to Bundy and I headed home to get ready for the next week at work....
