Saturday 8th July
I'd found out from Suzanne that they were in town for the school holidays - so I organised with her to have Phoebe dropped off at East Shores... and I didn't tell Jade... (unfortunately, I wasn't smart/quick enough to actually film Jade's face when she saw Phoebe get out of the car.... we'd just gone down there to go Pokemon hunting - that's all she was expecting....)

Now let's do this Pokemon hunting....
I still don't get the game, they knew what they were doing... I was just along for the walk...
Up to the end of East Shores.. and then they realised that there were Pokemon at the top of Auckland Hill....
So, up the 111 stairs to get some more....

Aaaaaaaaaaanddddd.... back down we go....
and then we headed to gel espresso where the kids were given the option of gelato or doughnuts with Nutella syringes.....
and then they ate the rest of the Nutella straight from the syringe.....
