While I was at the Athletics Carnival - Rob headed out to Biloela to rescue a greyhound from their pound.... his Greyhound name was "Edge 'em Out" - and he didn't respond to any part of that.... so we were able to rename him.... The fun of trying to give him a name was next on the list.... People were suggesting he be called "Bee" or "Bear" to go with "Honey" - but we figured it had to be a name that he could move to his forever home with......
He was "whole" when we picked him up and we had to organise to get him in to the vet to be desexed.... so... he had "Boy-Bitz" when he started his journey with us... so he became BB - which was a name we'd used for one of our old cats ... we figured it also worked for "Black Boy" "Big Boy" etc... :)
Sitting is an odd thing for Greyhounds... but... he's not exactly normal ;)
He does wall-dog like a real greyhound though!
