Sydney Trip - Day 6 - Oceanworld Manly

This morning we headed to Manly once the kids were ready.. and met up with Claudine to visit Oceanworld....

Unfortunately Amelia was sick, so she wasn't there as well, but it was still a good trip.....

Rob had been up since about 3am with an upset stomach - but was determined to make the trip (although it was cut short after an hour when Rob just couldn't function anymore).

Jade loved the touch tank....

Blake was still pretty worn out with everything from the week, cause he happily spent most of the time in his stroller...

Jade loved the tunnel..... she got very excited every time a shark or a stingray would swim overhead....

even more interesting than sharks were these people shaped fish! eheh

Blake loved the touch tank too - but just for the pure splashing fun....

Claudine handed him a few shells to hold and he'd giggle and then just drop them into the water and wait for another one.....

Clean and Shiny face....

now with sea weed

some fish and bubbles...

all painted up....

And Blake was still enjoying the touch tank - but now his shirt was drenched down the front too!

The tank in the centre was great for Blake because he could stand on the ledge and watch the fish swim past..

After we left Manly, we headed straight back - Rob went straight to bed... I got the kids fed and off to their respective beds for afternoon sleep time for Blake and just put on a DVD for Jade to keep her happy while Blake slept....

Surprisingly Blake slept for just over 3hrs.... Rob slept from 1pm til just after 5pm.... Jade happily stayed in her room - so she wasn't a drama and I think I even managed to doze off for a bit of a sleep....

We headed down to the local RSL for dinner with Bill again - but retired reasonably early and had both kids in bed by 7:30 (which is still late - but beats REALLY late.....)
