Saturday 26th February
We headed back to the caravan park to find that Blake was still sleeping... but not for too much longer.... Once Blake was up - the kids took off on their bikes and scooters....
Kieran on his Strider bike.... it's exactly the same as Blake's one - without the brake... which, given the speed he gets up to - he needs! :)
Blake decided after a bit that he'd just take off.... Molly went after him.....
Even Molly couldn't convince him to come back to our side of the van park, so I sent Rob for a jog....
NOT HAPPY!!!
Bikes make for happy Puggles!
Kieran lives for his Strider!
Jade's gonna make an awesome bike-chick one day.... (maybe...)
Amy headed down to the beach with Kieran... so we headed down there too......
Luckily I'd found these swim shorts for Blake when we were out shopping for $5.... (and I couldn't find any in Gladstone when I'd been looking..... he needs a two piece now that he's toilet training.....)
Kieran loved the water.... and was refusing to get out....

Kieran literally turned purple from being so cold... but was still refusing to get out...
Jade didn't have togs... but she said she didn't really want to get wet.... so we just rolled her pants up a bit...
Molly wanted her picture taken to show how cold it was....
Jade eventually decided that she did want to go into the water... so we stripped her off to her undies...
The kids were not impressed when I'd said that it was time to get out of the water... but dinner was ready and they needed to get ready for bed soon after that....
(The water wasn't SOOO cold... the kids did enjoy themselves.... but it didn't take long for it to get cold once the sun was totally gone!)
