Was a bit more of a challenge this year with the Easter Egg Hunt... I had to head downstairs at 5am to hide all of the Easter Eggs and just hope that while I was down there that Jade didn't wake up if she heard Blake...
Poor Rob had to wake up early so that he could entertain Blake and keep him quiet... (Blake's day generally starts at 5am if I'm lucky or 4am if he's being mean... today he was kind enough to wait until 5...)
Once I'd hidden all of the eggs (mainly in the new shed - then I realised that the sky is actually blue - as opposed to all the clouds and rain that we had last night - so I hid a few eggs around the yard - but it's really hard to do when it's so dark at that time)... Anyway, once I'd hidden the eggs and Blake's toy - I had to do a letter from the Easter Bunny (so that Jade knew that the toy wasn't for her!)

Gotta love hiding eggs for 3yr olds... makes it easy to spot if there are any she hasn't found!

Next year the shed wont be so empty - so probably wont be a good hiding place....
Motorcycles can hold eggs too.. unfortunately not as well as I'd hoped... the one egg fell a couple of times and the only place I could put it was on the tank - everywhere else it just fell off.... (I blame Triumph!)

then she decided that the bunny had to be stripped of his wrapper... so that he could be broken up and put into a box....

We're just waiting for Blake to wake up now so that we can head over to Jaime & Damian's to take Xander his egg and see everyone for Easter...
