New Years Eve 2015

Thursday 31st December

The day started with an early morning creek clearing......  firstly, we had to clear trees that had fallen over previously cleared creek... then we made our way up the creek to clear a path to the area that Drew and I had cleared earlier in the year....

 

After that, it was time to head back and play Monopoly per Jade's request...

So much fun with Credit Cards.....  Jade loved being the banker.....

Rob started drinking.....

Once it got dark the sparklers came out... 

As per our usual tradition (pretty much since having kids) - we didn't make it to midnight :)

New Years Eve-Eve 2015

Wednesday 30th December

Off to the BlockSpot for a few days for New Years...  Mom Dad and Frank came to join us too....

Filled the pool as soon as we arrived..... perfect weather for floating around....

Amazing how much fun a water bottle can be when it has a pin sized hole in the bottom.....

Honey was happy to laze about.....

Anywhere, and everywhere.... :)

Good-bye Grandma!

Saturday 27th December

We took Angela to the airport for her return to Sydney... We had lunch at the airport Coffee Club....

  

I had a coffee..... the joys of being on a diet! hehe

The final good-bye......

When we got home I made Rob set up the TV in the bedroom and get it all happening for me to be able to watch TV in bed again.... 

The cabling is all nicely hidden behind the TV now... it was just sticking out while Rob was getting things sorted.....

Honey was supervising....

Giant Snakes & Ladders was the game choice for the evening.....

Poor Blake kept sliding down the snakes....

Boxing Day 2015

Friday 26th December

Rob and Angela went to watch the new Star Wars movie - so we escaped the house to head to the town pool for the afternoon.....

The kids had a blast and made some new friends.....

Jade playing with Blake's new diving puzzle pieces.....
