Tuckshop!

The kids were excited for their first ever tuckshop... well, not Jade's first ever... she'd had it a few times over at West... but this was her first Tuckshop at Central... 

I remember being excited about tuckshop when I was a kid - and we only got it twice a year.... but it was something to look forward to.

Central only has their tuckshop open two days per week - which avoids the kids having tuckshop every day (apparently there were a few kids at West who only ever had tuckshop....)

and believe me, it's more effort to do tuckshop than it is to make their lunches... trying going through a menu with the kids for what they want, then putting together the correct change.... makes me way more enthused to make their lunches!

But, it's a novelty for them...
