Saturday 25th May
A group of us from Gladstone headed to Rockhampton to watch Rocky Roller Derby take on the girls from Bundaberg (Rum City)... it was a great bout in that it was neck and neck for most of the bout... we were all screaming at both teams from the sidelines.... tactics for both teams!!! (because we're THAT nice.... ehehe)
Though, from experience, I know that I pay no attention to the crowd when I'm playing... so they probably didn't hear a word we said... except for the one jammer who called off a jam because we were all telling her to - so, we felt like we helped a bit :)

Rob was doing the introductions and derby 101 - and then ran around like a headless chook making sure every NSO was doing their job correctly.... we got to see a lot of running from Rob during the night... it was quite amusing...

Katie came with her new baby... 3wks old and sooooooooo so so tiny! but so gorgeous!
