Friday 8th April
Blake and I headed down to the BlockSpot where Dad, Mom, Pete & Tyler had already spent the last day prepping the road and crossing to be concreted..... the joys of property ownership!
Here comes the concrete truck!
The first part of the road that always washes out... was fixed...
(unfortunately, that didn't last long... it has since washed out again and we have our ditch again....but it's drive-able still....)

You can't really see in the photos... but they shaped the road to move the water away from all running down the side of the road and creating bigger ditches there.... now we have ditches across the road... but we'll get these sorted over time.... :)

(and given that I'm doing this Blog entry 5 months later - I could have just claimed that it was laid on the 7th April and never admitted to it.... but, I can admit to making mistakes.....)
Stage one of the concreting is now complete.....
We then took everyone out to lunch to say thanks for their help....
