Saturday 27th September
Jade's birthday this year, she wanted to have a few friends come and stay the night... so we put one of the TV's into her room and set up three beds in there too...
Jade's very happy about having a TV in her room....
(our plan was to take it out after this weekend - but - it's still in there and it's nearly Christmas.... she never turns it on and watches DVD's without first asking - so we're safe, so far)
We made a plan to let the girls all make their own shirts.....
This was our "demo model" - so that they could see what they could do.... I'd found lots of pics of Monster High - and Hello Kitty and various stars etc... I figured the girls would go crazy and they'd be completely covered.....
Erin arrived first.... so Jade and Erin played Guitar Hero until others arrived...

Once Amy arrived, everyone decided to settle in to watch some movies....

Amy agreed to pose with Erin..... THEN closed her eyes everytime I took a pic - which then became the "let's try to get a pic with her eyes open!"

Then it was cake time.....
The first ice cream flavour was discovered.... (there were about 4 flavours in this cake)
This was how I ended up having to cut the cake as everyone was wanting different characters (the picture was How to Train your Dragon...) - Jade wanted the top corner to try to get strawberry and no blue... unfortunately the blue seemed to be mixed in with everyone layer.... oh well, you win some, you lose some!

It was funny to see how all four girls had brought onesies to sleep in for the night.... up with the fashions I guess....

They all had a great time.... at lunchtime everyone was still here, so we decided to head to Maccas.... We got everyone loaded into the car and as we did that Erin's dad turned up to collect her... she looked so disappointed to be going (but more about missing maccas I think!)
