Saturday 23rd June
Rob had been down in Bundy for a few days - he'd been away from home for over a week... and the trip to Bundy was supposed to only be for 1-2 days.... then he said he'd be down there for at least another week... so I was talking to Kristel on the Friday night and said that I'd like to head down to Bundy to see him for dinner on the Saturday night and take the kids to a skate session down there before we met up with Rob...
I didn't think that Rob would actually come skating too - but he did.. which was awesome - and the kids were absolutely thrilled.....
Blake was very keen to try skating... but... it didn't last long....
We did a few laps.... I got him taking a few steps on his own, but the skates kept taking off on him....

Jade came over so that she could have her pic taken..... she skated pretty much the entire time we were at the rink, before she discovered the games etc...

After we'd finished at the rink (well, the kids were over it after a couple of hours), we headed off to a play centre....
After we'd finished at the play centre - we headed to Sizzler's for an early dinner...... where we caught up with Alana and her three kids as well.... (Alana moved to Bundy earlier in the year)

We finished up at Sizzlers around 7pm and headed home.... the kids were awake the entire drive... well, mine were... Kristel's kids were asleep in her car before they'd got far out of Bundaberg...
