Stoney Creek with Alanah & the Kucharski's

Monday 18th January

Up early and we're on our way!

We were the first to arrive at Stoney Creek which gave us perfect choice of table etc.... :)

We purchased an excess supply of tubes so that there was no fighting over them by all of the kids that came along.....

Alanah over for a sleepover....

Sunday 17th January

Alanah came for a sleepover so that she could head to Stoney Creek with us in the morning... we were leaving really early, so I didn't want to have her mother have to be up and have her ready before 6am... always easier to get kids up in a group when it's an early start.....

Crazy Kids.....  they spent the night making and watching videos.....

Back in Bundy.....

Saturday 16th January

After work on Friday I headed back down to Bundy to get the kids....

Saturday morning we headed to the local park for a play and a bike ride.....

Whilst at the park, we spoke to Jade about getting a bigger bike... she's simply too tall now for the BMX and it was looking uncomfortable.....  So, when we'd finished at the park, we dropped Blake and Mom back at the house and Dad and I took Jade to the shops to pick a new bike... I wasn't sure that she'd be happy with a full sized mountain bike, but this one was perfect... 

  

We got Blake a new helmet at the shops .... he didn't need a new bike as he had got one late last year.... :)

They gotta stop growing, this is getting expensive!

Monday 11th January

Blake had outgrown his bike boots... so we went to the bike shop to check out bigger ones.... turns out the Oneal boots are much easier for the kids to do up.... and I was over having to do Jade's boots up for her too... and when you consider that I was struggling to get them done up, you can't expect them to....

So, both kids upgraded......

Someone didn't want to pose for a photo.... so I took one anyway!

I then left the kids with Mom and Dad for the week while I headed back to Gladstone to get back to work after the Christmas Break.....
